NOTICE OF PROPOSED

DBE GOAL

Greater Portland Transit District (METRO) hereby announces that its proposed DBE goal for the Federal Fiscal Years 2013 - 2015 commencing October 1, 2012 and ending September 30, 2015 is as follows: Non-Vehicle Capital and Planning Assistance Programs: 3% of funds expended in contracts funded in part by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). A description of how the goal was selected is available for inspection during normal business hours at METRO, 114 Valley Street, Portland, Maine 04102, for 30 days following the date of this notice. FTA and METRO will accept comments on this goal for 45 days from the date of this notice.
