Ticket to RIDE on METRO
Discounted Student Fare Available through Participating Schools
(Updated May 2013)

Background
The discounted fare program for K-12 students attending participating schools ends June 20, 2013.
After that date, students cannot ride METRO for $1 fare with a student ID.
Check back in mid-August for changes to this program for the 2013-2014 school year.


SUMMER PROGRAMS:
The Summer Youth Bus Pass is sold for $20 and can be used by students throughout the summer on
both METRO and South Portland Bus Service. Click here for details.

METRO and South Portland Bus are partnering again this summer with libaries throughout our service areas. Visit your local library in Portland, South Portland, Westbrook or Falmouth, borrow a book and get a FREE ride ticket.

Both programs are for children and teens ages 18 and younger.
